Upgraded to Adobe X and now unable to save/extract multiple files simultaneously from the pdf-it portfolio?
The ability to select more than one file at a time still functions the
same. Left mouse click on the first file, hold the shift key, and left
mouse click again selecting the last file.
NOTE: The right mouse click option to extract is NOT available.

After corresponding with Adobe's Rick Borstein regarding this issue, we were informed on a work-around. Either the user can turn off a new feature or downgrade to Adobe 9.
Turn of feature by performing the following steps.
1. Go to Edit/Preferences on the Adobe tool bar.
2. Select General catagory and uncheck Enable Protected Mode at startup.
Shut down Adobe and re-open.
The option to extract will become available again.
Downgrade to Adobe 9 by following these steps.
Uninstall Adobe X. Then install Adobe 9 at the link below.

End of instructions.
